開模 Molding
廠內在開發模具時,一般由訂購客戶提供樣品與尺寸要求,工作人員會考量成型材質的穩定性與縮水比率、及客戶需求成型機的尺寸、單價來作開模溝通與評估。模具原料以環氧樹脂,耐溫型樹脂與玻璃纖維為主,開模時間約35個工作日. We have an in-house molding development. Once order is received, normally customer will provide us a sample and requested size. We will consider and discuss the stability and shrinking percentage of requested material, finished product size and target cost of each product with customer. There are three types of raw materials used in molding process; they are Epoxy Resin, Heat Resistant Resin and Fiber Glass. The whole process of developing one mold will take 35 business days. |
