廠內中空吹塑成型機是台灣著名品牌所製造,所用的原物料為ABS,原物料溫度需達到190至200度才能吹氣成型,成型時間依照產品的大小、重量有所不同,平均約2至7分鐘才能成型完成,產品成型後經由現場操作人員去除毛邊,重量品質管控後,才能量產並且符合國際品質標準. Our Blow Molding Machine is made by well-known brand of Taiwan, which uses ABS plastic as raw material, temperature is set between 190 to 200 Celsius, depends on the size and weight of product, average 2 to 7 minutes for each product. By considering International Quality Standards, we will clear all the burr of each finished product and ensure weight quality control. |
